• When will my order be shipped / when will it arrive?

    Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the following business day.  Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

    Please allow 3 to 5 business days for orders with Technical Moto products to ship, these product pages will not if the item is a Technical Moto item.

    NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Once you have placed an order, you can check on the status at any time. To check the status of your order, click here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that will contain your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be active and estimated delivery dates to be reflected online. 

  • Do you offer Gift Certificates?

    Gift Certificates can be ordered in various amounts. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of a Gift Certificate will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate code redeemable only on our website. Click here for more information.

  • Will my credit card be charged immediately?

    Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped, but you will see a pre-authorization once your order is placed. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, you'll receive an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an Order Confirmation E-mail once your order is successfully submitted. We will send you a Shipping Confirmation E-mail once your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged.

  • Why should I become a registered user?

    There are a number of advantages in being a registered user at Alpinestars.com. For an easier checkout, your information will be filled in automatically on any following orders. On any following orders your billing and shipping information will populate automatically. As a registered user, you'll be eligible to receive e-mail updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements. Also, registering makes gift giving simple.   • How do I change or cancel an order?

    To cancel an order you recently completed, simply go to this page, log in and then click "cancel order." If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • What are my payment options?

    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

    We collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently, sales tax only applies to orders that contain billing or shipping information within the state of California.

  • What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

    Order Date refers to the date that your order was submitted, and will match the date you receive your Order Confirmation E-mail. Ship Date refers to the date that your order actually ships, and your credit card is charged. The Ship Date will also match the date you receive your Shipping Confirmation E-mail. Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the following business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday, for Technical Moto products see note on product pages.

  • What countries do you ship to/what about duties?

    Alpinestars is proud to offer domestic and international shipping. For all customers with billing or shipping information outside of the United States, please select INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT within your online shopping cart. International orders will have various shipping options, and may include additional fees regardless of shipping destination. All orders placed with billing information outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes and additional processing fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

  • If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

    All packages shipped by Alpinestars.com include an order invoice, with product details and customer information. If you would like us to remove the invoice from your package, please call 310-891-0222 between 8am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time directly after your order has been placed.

  • What is your return policy?

    Alpinestars will gladly accept returns on all items in original, unwashed and new condition, within 30 days of your purchase date issued by Alpinestars.com. All returns must be accompained by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and must be returned in original package with the original tags. To request an RMA or for more information regarding our return policy please call 310-891-0222.

    Note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased through Alpinestars.com.

  • How should I ship my return or exchange?

    Before sending any packages back to Alpinestars, please contact us to request an RMA number and return instructions. Please be sure to print your email RMA form and include this with any returned items. If possible, pack and seal your box securely in the original packaging. For boots and shoe returns, place the shoe box inside of a separate shipping box. We always recommend that your returned packages be sent via an insured carrier with tracking details.

    NOTE: customers are responsible for all return shipping charges associated with your return.

  • When will my credit card be refunded?

    Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. All refunds will be issued as a credit back to the original credit card used for payment. 

    The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

  • What is the Address Book and how do I use it?

    Registered users can store the addresses of their friends and family online, so when you want to send a gift, you don't have to search for his or her address. We'll hold on to your Address Book for you. Click here to update your address book.

  • I bought your product on eBay, is it authentic?

    We occasionally get inquiries from customers who have purchased Alpinestars products on eBay (or other auction/web sites). We always suggest shopping directly at our website or our authorized Alpinestars dealers, to ensure that the products you receive are genuine and authentic. 

  • Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

    Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
