Membership FAQ

All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program.

You can access your account by logging into your own account on our website here. You will then be able to view your points, rewards and how you can earn more points.  

Once you are logged into your account you will see your points total on the membership home page, you can also view the total amount in the checkout. 

You can redeem your points at checkout. Once in the checkout, you will see your points total on the right hand side of the screen / at the bottom of the page. There is then a drop-down option below that will list any rewards you can redeem in the checkout. 

You can only use one discount code or redeem one amount of points per order. Therefore, you will not be able to enter both a discount code and also redeem your membership rewards.

Once logged in, you can view this by clicking on the ‘Rewards History’ button at the top of the Membership page.

You can refer as many people as you like. However, you will only get rewarded with points if the person you refer places an order with us. 

You can use your points to redeem rewards and discounts within 12 months of earning them. They will expire 12 months after they have been added to your account. When your points are close to expiring, we will send you an email with a reminder to use your points.

  • If at any given time we suspect fraud or misuse of our membership program, Alpinestars reserves the right to expire your points or freeze your points.
  • Any points, rewards or gifts earned from an order are required to be returned if you choose to return your order.
  • Points expire a year after they are awarded.
  • The membership is for private individuals and may not be used for business purchases. registered for our e-mail list.
  • Points can be earned on all products, however points cannot be redeemed on all products. Alpinestars reserves the right to exclude certain products.
