Introduction. This Notice at Collection ("Notice") applies to California residents ("Consumers") and is provided by Alpinestars USA Inc. and Alpinestars S.p.A (together, "Alpinestars," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with our collection of Personal Information through www.alpinestars.com (the website). This Notice is intended to satisfy the notice-at-collection requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Categories of Personal Information collected. We collect the following categories of Personal Information from or about Consumers, which may be collected directly from you, automatically through cookies/analytics tools, or through your interactions with the Website and our services.

  • Personal Identifiers — Personal unique identifiers, such as full name and federal or state identification numbers;
  • Personal Information — Personal information, including contact details (e.g., telephone number and address) and financial information (e.g., account number);
  • Characteristics of Protected Classes — Characteristics of protected classes or groups under state or federal law, such as citizenship and primary language;
  • Purchase Information — Purchase information, such as products and services obtained and transaction histories;

Sale and sharing of Personal Information.

  1. No sale. We do not sell Personal Information.
  2. Sharing. We may share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. In the past twelve (12) months, we have shared each of the categories of Personal Information listed above with business and marketing partners to support personalized advertising based on your activity across different websites.
  3. Right to opt out of sharing. You may opt out of the sharing of your Personal Information by using the "Your Privacy Choices" link  available on our Website and/or by adjusting your cookie preferences.
  4. Global Privacy Control. If you access our Website with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information for the device and browser you used to access the Website, as required by applicable law.

Sensitive Personal Information. This Notice covers the categories of Personal Information we collect as described above; if any of the information we collect is considered Sensitive Personal Information under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to limit certain uses and disclosures of such Sensitive Personal Information as provided by applicable law and as described in our Privacy Policy.
