David Alonso used all of his racecraft in the final lap at Assen, managing his attack to perfection to win the drag to the line and the race by 0.024 secs.
He was joined on the podium by Senna Agius in third.
Filip Salac finished eighth, and Collin Veijer ninth; both Alpinestars riders.
