• The replaceable knee cups are constructed with a polyurethane outer shell backed with a Nucleon PLASMA Knee protector for the optimum blend of impact protection, flexibility, and scratch resistance.
• The strategically positioned upper and lower patella extensions ensure maximum coverage regardless of the flexion or extension angles.
• The extremely stable, compact low-profile four-point hinge system perfectly follows the articulation of the knee while the extension stops, which are available in a range from 0 to 30 degrees, assist in setting the brace to the desired maximum opening angle.

The RK-10 PLASMA Knee Brace is constructed with a 34-layer asymmetric forged carbon fiber frame, engineered to provide the highest level of knee support, the highest levels of rigidity, and superior weight savings. The frame encases a Nucleon PLASMA knee protector, while the brace combines an ultra-lightweight build with high levels of breathability, comfort, and protection.

Nucleon PLASMA compound and geometry
The Nucleon PLASMA element is constructed from a bio-based viscoelastic impact-absorbing compound with no less than 25% bio-based content, molded into a precision-engineered geometry. The PLASMA material dissipates impact energy and significantly reduces transmitted forces through controlled material response. Its low-profile geometry is developed to compress and extend with movement while supporting airflow through a channeled, highly perforated design.

Replaceable non-slip neoprene padding
Soft, tactile, non-slip neoprene padding ensures the highest levels of rider comfort while keeping the knee brace securely in position and is replaceable as a spare part.

Adjustable neoprene condyle padding
Soft-touch neoprene condyle padding further prevents the knee brace from slipping and is available in different thicknesses for a customized fit. The padding is replaceable as a spare part.

Profiled X-straps
